Abstract :
Lesions of nose and paranasal sinuses are fairly common. The incidence of such lesions varies with climate, geographical area or with habits and occupational exposures in people. A compilation of rare cases and modalities and approaches used to treat them have been made. Efficacy of treatment has been noted with each modality and approach.
