Abstract :

 The roÃ¥ economy has created a despite thirst for skilled a graduates massive shortage of accredited educational institutions to teach them. India’s economic reforms, which eased the choked, hold of bureaucracy and corruption, kicked off this era of growth 15 yrs. ago .but those reforms have yet to be applied to education .there are near – insurmountable bureaucratic obstacles to opening a new accredited institutions instead ,thousands of unaccredited schools have sprung up, offering education of widely varying quality ,luring students who hope that employers hungry for engineers or business graduates wont scrutinize their credentials too closely. Sir Anand kumar of Super 30 initiative is best institute in India and an example of change a dream, which helps economically improvised sections and hones their skills by providing a conducive environment to crack IIT JEE to excel in Indian Institute of Technology This case study focuses on the parameters of the study included how students from deprived sections of the society overcome the obstacles and how their life changed after joining Super 30 Super 30 was selected as a case for showing how education could make a lasting difference to deprivation.
