Abstract :

Perception is needed to make the teachers to learn or know the fundamental expectations. The present study is very essential for knowing the teachers expectation in different school level. Therefore, the present study is considered an important one. At present, the teachers’ perception on public school system in relation to other schooling systems by knowing students difficulties. Through this research study, the investigator may offer solutions to solve those difficulties. Therefore it is needed one. It is essential to identify what are the expectations that are used by the teachers mostly in the class room to solve problems and at the same time this will help the teachers in applying new strategies. The present study is essential for knowing the teacher’s expectations towards teaching and to create adequate interest and motivation in teaching.
