Radiographical & clinical Study by Applying Laser & VEGF on Bone Remodeling in experimental Tooth Movement

Abstract :

 Aim of the Study The main aim of this study: To evaluate the effect of the Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) on the rate of post experimental tooth movement clinically, biologically and radiographically, and on the bone remodeling histologically and immunohistochemically. Radiographicevaluation of the effect of local application of LLLT and VEGF (alone and in combination) on orthodontic movement.The present study shows the LLLT Laser and VEGF exerts a fundamental role in remodeling periodontal ligament and is also involved in bone resorption and formation.
