Reactionsof 2‘–Subsituted–3–Aryl –2–Propen–1– one Derivatives Under Different Conditions

Abstract :

Synthesis of some new diomochalcones , flavones, 2–amino–1,3–thiazine, epoxy ketone and 4–quinolone derivatives using 2–hydroxychalcones and 2–amino chalcones as building block via different conditions by classical method or by using green techniques. In addition ,the antimicrobialactivity against different Gram –positive , Gram – negative bacteria and fungi of some isolated products was screened.
