Abstract :

The investigator wants to find out whether there is any significant difference between male and female arts and science college students in their extrovert and neurotic personality, and to find out whether there is any significant relationship between personality and behavioural adjustment of arts and science college students. The investigator used normative survey method for obtaining the data. 350arts and science college students in Tirunelveli district are selected as a sample used random sampling technique. The result revealed that there is significant relationship between personality and behavioural adjustment of arts and science college students.
