STUDENT SUPPORT AND PROGRESSION AN IMPORTANT CRITERIA FOR OVERALL DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS

Abstract :

 

Student support and progression is the significant criteria in the accreditation process. It focuses more on the ways and means for up gradation of students. It emphasizes on the career progression of the students.The activities that can enable the students to upgrade themselves areStudent’s Aid Fund and various scholarships, Earn and Learn,Alumni Association, Student’s Council, Special Provision for slow and advanced learners, Organization of different Curricular and Co–curricular activities, Students and social activities, Health care, Student’s Grievances, Feedback on curriculum, Competitive exams guidance, Provision of awards and prizes, Campus placements, NCC, Eco Club, Science forum, Participation of Students in different competition, Liary facility, Moral support to students and Value education. These student centric activities can develop all round skills and upgrade progression of students.
