Studies On Antiaminopyrine Substituted Triazine Moiety With Notable NLO Property

Abstract :

<p> An expedient method of novel triazine based compound containing triazine nucleus is synthesized. The structural features of the compound have been investigated by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR and Mass spectral studies. The synthesized compound can serve as potential photoactive materials as indicated from their characteristic fluorescence properties. The second harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency of the compound was found to be higher than that of urea and KDP. The in vitro antimicrobial activities of the compounds were tested against few microorganisms by well diffusion method and the result reveals that significant activity against Amikacin and Ketoconazole.</p>
