SWYER–JAMES SYNDROME– A RARE CASE REPORT

Abstract :

 A 79 year male patient presented to us with a history of fever, cough with expectoration, eathlessness on exertion increased since 10 days. After thorough examination and investigations including chest X–ray and CECT chest, a diagnosis of Swyer–James syndrome was made.
