Abstract :

Acromegaly results from anteriorpituitary adenoma with hypersecretion of growth hormone. Acidophilic adenoma secrete both growth hormone and prolactin ( in our case) , we report a case of increase in growth hormone and prolactin with associated neurofiomamatosis and hirsuitism.
