Abstract :

In this case series, we aimed to evaluate if USG guided LPB using levobupivacaine with bupernorphine provides reliable, prolonged and effective post–operative analgesia with minimum side–effects in high risk elderly patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery for trochanteric fracture femur.
