Drawing from mythology, fiction and real incidents it would probe howtThe fatal triangle between the religion, orthodox society and patriarchal mindset is undeniably behind the honour killings and subordination of women and as to why woman has always been the symbol of honour in the patriarchal power structure and treated as a mere possession.
