ANKYLOBLEPHRON AND SYMBLEPHRON RELEASE WITH AMNIOTIC MEMBRANE GRAFTING FOR THE STEVEN JOHNSON SYNDROME

Abstract :

 An 18–year–old woman was referred with late sequelae of phenytoin induced Steven–Johnson syndrome. At the time of presentation, the symblepharon was present in both eyes and ankyloblephron was present in left eye. symblephron was involving the both lids to almost the whole of the cornea.
