CSR in Supply Chains Disclosure Practices: A Review of Indian Companies

Abstract :

 Disclosure by corporate is the major issue of corporate governance. The study focuses on disclosure regarding Corporate Social Responsibilities by Indian companies after the provision made in Companies Act 2013 in respect of mandatory allocation of profit for CSR practice and its disclosure.
