ICHTHYOFAUNAL ABUNDANCE IN WATER BODIES OF REWA REGION

Abstract :

 In the present investigation the abundance of fresh water fishes in water bodies of Rewa region of Madhya Pradesh has been studied. 61 species of the fish recorded, out of which 2 species were found endangered, 10 species were found  vulnerable, 18 species were found near threatened and 4 species were found in lower risk category.
