Abstract :

 Spontaneous subcutaneous emphysema and pneumomediastinum in absence of pneumothorax is rare. We report a case of spontaneous subcutaneous emphysema and pneumomediastinum in isolation secondary to fiocavitatory lesion in the chest along with review of the literature
