Teacher Effectiveness and Job Satisfaction of Secondary School Teachers in Kerala

Abstract :

 Teacher Effectiveness and job satisfaction are closely related aspects in teaching. This study is therefore undertaken to nd the level of job

satisfaction and teacher effectiveness of secondary school teachers in Kerala. Random sampling technique is used to select the target group. Sample
size is 110 in the present study. Data was collected by using questionnaire and and Teacher effectiveness Scale . Data were analyzed using both
percentage analysis, chi square and descriptive statistics. The study revealed that there is signicant relationship between teacher effectiveness and
job satisfaction of secondary school teachers in Kerala.
